Ungrafted (pie franco) Listán Blanco vines, 70 to 120 years old, grow without support in red volcanic and basaltic soil. Each parcel is harvested separately; 75% is direct-pressed, and 25% undergoes skin contact for 14-40 days. The wine is then aged for approximately 8 months on lees in 60% concrete and 40% old French barriques, without bâtonnage. No sulfur dioxide is added, and it is bottled unfiltered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"\u003eIn the glass, it has a pale straw color with a greenish tint. The nose initially opens with notes of flint, faint smoke, and savory brined olives, followed by baked lemon, quince, white flowers, and almond. On the palate, it is light-bodied and transparent, but a subtle grip from partial skin contact provides texture, and the sharp acidity, born from altitude and the Atlantic, extends cleanly.
